We offer airport protocol services to both corporate bodies and individuals on special request. So whether you are departing or arriving, we will be more than willing to offer this service to you. Our scope of service includes:

CHECK–IN OF PERSONNEL ON DEPARTURE TO DESTINATION

Obtain boarding pass on presentation of ticket and ID card

Present check-in luggage for searching, weight determination & tagging

Hand over the boarding pass to personnel at departure hall

Payment of (if any) excess luggage of personnel for both international & local flights

Provides access to VIP lounge for certain category of personnel while waiting for flight.

Other services include Ticketing and Reservations, Immigration Services, Hospitality Management, Escort Security Services and crew change support services.
