Statement of Principle

In accordance with the core vales of the company, the quality assurance policy will comply with the basic principles of ethics, legality, prudence, equality, safety, timeliness, fairness, transparency and simplicity.

GENTEC prides itself on delivering the highest levels of service to all of its clients.
At GENTEC we recognize the importance of maintaining strict quality assurance standard to ensure that all GENTEC work meets and exceeds its commitment to clients. We also recognize that clients have conflicting needs and demands.

Quality Assurance is about making GENTEC an adaptable organization, and an organization that can respond to our clients’ needs in a challenging and changing environment.

Continuous improvement, service user feedback and self-evaluation Is a constant and valued process. They are essential to the development of GENTEC’s quality processes, and are documented and retained to ensure that quality management principles are rigorously enforced.

GENTEC requires all staff to use the quality management system. A copy of GENTEC’s quality management system is made available to all staff via the staff handbook, and is available to clients, suppliers and associates upon request. This policy is regularly updated to ensure that it complies with the latest standards in quality systems management.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We at GENTEC, identify the key elements of our health and safety management system and detail the commitment the company has for maintaining and improving the health, safety and welfare of our staff, clients and others who may be affected by our activities.

Our staff and client are our key resource and it is essential that risks to their health and safety are properly controlled through an effective health and safety management system and commitment at all levels within the company.

Our pursuit of financial success is in consonance with our requirement to keep our staff, clients, customers and members of the public safe.

GENTEC recognizes the important role strong strategic leadership and effective management control plays in establishing a positive safety culture and preventing incidents, work related ill health and accidents.

The Company, through its Board of Directors, recognizes fully its legal responsibilities for the health and safety of its employees and others who may be placed at risk by its operations. As such, the Company undertakes to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, to discharge these responsibilities and will:

  • Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
  • Establish and maintain procedures to ensure that plant, equipment and processes are reviewed from a health and safety standpoint before being installed or changed and that any necessary safeguards are incorporated and thereafter maintained
  • Ensure the employee, business partners and supply chain understands how to keep themselves and others safe and healthy
  • Provide information instruction and supervision for employees and also consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety
